The Hunchback at Notre Dame

Experience the magic of live theater in Culpeper as Windmore Center for the Arts brings The Hunchback of Notre Dame to the stage for two unforgettable weekends, October 23–25 and October 30–November 1, 2026!

Based on Victor Hugo’s timeless novel and featuring the beloved music from Disney’s animated film, this powerful musical tells the story of Quasimodo, the bell-ringer of Notre Dame, and his journey of love, courage, acceptance, and belonging.

For the first time in Windmore’s history, the production will feature a live choir and orchestra, bringing the breathtaking music of Alan Menken and Stephen Schwartz to life. With a talented cast of local adult and teen performers, stunning floor-to-ceiling scenery, and unforgettable musical performances, audiences can look forward to an immersive theatrical experience.

Even better, this special production supports a meaningful local cause! Proceeds from ticket sales will benefit Habitat for Humanity of Culpeper County, helping local families work toward strength, stability, and affordable homeownership.
